Individual Therapy

In our individual sessions, my primary focus is to work with you to highlight areas in your life that contribute to stress, anxiety, depression or addictive behaviors. Together we will explore, in a safe environment, how these issues may affect your relationship to yourself and to significant others – be they friends, family or partners. In doing so, I use an integrative psychotherapeutic approach involving a highly effective and synergistic combination of techniques based on cognitive psychology, positive psychology, attachment theory, mindfulness, and breathing and movement practices.

Issues that I work with are:

• Stress, anxiety, depression
• Sexuality and sexual preferences
• Non-traditional/alternative relationship styles
• Questions around sexual identity or orientation
• Sexual, emotional or physical trauma
• Interpersonal conflicts and mis-communication
• Work-life balance
• Addictive  behaviors
